MARK AND KATHY BEELER In 2002, after years in the transportation industry, Kathy and Mark relocated to the lake area when they became empty nester's and decided to make a career change. After exploring a number of career options they both decided to pursue new careers in real estate. Kathy accepted a position with Lands’ End Properties as Director of Sales and Mark at Four Seasons Realty. In early 2006, the entrepreneurial spirit took over, Kathy and Mark began to explore the possibilities of opening their own real estate office. After exploring all options, they made the decision that RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks was a good fit for them. There were a number of factors they considered to be very important to their new business; name recognition and brand awareness, training and education, advanced use of technology and support as well as a nationwide marketing and advertising program. So, in December of 2006, The Beeler Group made their new home at RE/MAX in The Landmark Center. “The Beeler Group” was recognized for “Outstanding Sales Achievement” in 2007 & 2008 by ranking in the top 50 RE/MAX Mid-States Region Real Estate Offices. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 they received a RE/MAX Achievement recognition. Kathy is currently serving as 2013 President of the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors and Past President of WCR (Women's Council of Realtors). For the Missouri Association of Realtor, Kathy serves on the Political Output Group and Leadership Development Output Group. |

MIKE SIEVERS Mike enjoyed a 31 year corporate career with Hallmark Cards in sales management and real estate site selection prior to his relocation to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2002. His years of experience in the business world and superb negotiation skills serve his clients well. Mike’s resume includes 5 years of experience as a New Homes Specialist for Four Seasons Homes before joining RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks in the general real estate market. During those 5 years he assisted buyers from site selection to completion of new construction in Four Seasons/ Porto Cima area. DAVE CHANEY Before entering the real estate field, Dave had a successful career in information technology working in a variety of technical, management and marketing roles. Dave and his wife, Debbie, are both from the St. Louis area and lived much of their adult lives in St. Charles, where they raised their two children. After owning a weekend getaway place at the lake, they decided to relocate to the lake as their full time home.
