 
Kathy Beeler Mark Beeler
Mark and Kathy relocated to the lake area in 2002 after becoming empty nesters and deciding it was time to make a career change. They having been actively involved in the transportation industry as owners and operators of travel centers and a hazardous materials transportation company, they decided it was time to move on from the 24 hour day/ 7 days a week businesses to a more relaxed laid back environment. Having spent many vacations with their children at the lake and their interest in the many recreational activities the lake area has to offer, the decision to move to Lake of the Ozarks was an easy one. Since relocating to the lake 3 of their 4 children now live at the lake as well as their 2 grandchildren. The fourth child is a recent graduate of Purdue University and lives in Lafayette Indiana.
After a year of exploring a number of career opportunities at the lake, they got their real estate licenses. Kathy accepted a sales position with Lands End in May of 2003 and later became sales director for Lands End before moving her real estate license to Four Seasons Realty in February of 2006. Mark was fortunate that Four Seasons Realty allowed him to place his license with them where he was mentored by some of the finest most knowledgeable real estate professionals at Lake of the Ozarks.
In early 2006 the entrepreneurial spirit took over, Kathy and Mark began to explore the possibilities of opening their own real estate office. After exploring all their options they made the decision that Re/Max Lake of the Ozarks was a good fit for them. There were a number of factors they considered to be very important to their new business; name recognition and brand awareness, training and education, advanced use of technology and support as well as a nationwide marketing and advertising program.
In December of 2006 they transferred their licenses to Re/Max Lake of the Ozarks and worked out of their home until July of 2007 when they moved to their new office at The Landmark Center on Hwy 54 next to the Re/Max campus and across the street from Staples. Our client friendly office suite was designed with 2 media rooms with large flat screen televisions for clients to take visual tours of real estate properties.
The Beeler Group mission is simple, “Our success is measured by how far we exceed your expectations”. With that in mind we encourage the real estate professionals in our office to seek professional designations in residential or commercial real estate to better represent our clients.

Camille Earhart Camille Earhart comes from a 16 year background as a construction supervisor and warranty manager in both Kansas and Missouri. She previously held her Real Estate license in Kansas prior to moving to Lake of the Ozarks in 2005. Camille and her husband started a remodeling company at the lake; she then decided to obtain her Real Estate license in Missouri and joined RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks. She worked as an independent agent for several months, in early September 2008 she decided to join The Beeler Group. Louwanna Bloom Louwanna Bloom has lived at Lake of the Ozarks since 1992 after receiving her B.S. degree at Missouri State University. She previously owned and operated her owned business at the lake for 15 years. In 2007 she had the opportunity to join RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks to obtain her career in Real Estate. She worked as an independent agent for several months, in early September 2008 she decided to join The Beeler Group. With her past experience in customer service, Louwanna is a pleasure to work with.
